throttle body swap

Can a throttle body just be swapped for another or is more required with the stop screw on the throttle body being preset by the factory on each specific unit.Any response appreciated.Thanks,Jim

Stripped throttle body bolt removal?

I'm trying to do my valve cover gaskets this weekend. I've got everything unhooked/unbolted to get the upper plenum off except for the bolt holding the throttle body on.
