its well known engines like cool air because its more dense therefore has more oxygen per sq ft,more power and better MPG, i can see the reason for the hot water heater pipes during warm up, has anyone installed a temperature controlled valve or done away with the hot water pipes?

Now I'm pulling a code 35 at 60 to 70 mph, & I actually have a very high throttle after hitting...

Hello PFFers.Recently, I have taken on the task of swapping my stock 2.8 V6 out for a lower-mileage one, because I threw a rod in my original motor. This has been my first and (hopefully) only engine swap. After finally getting the engine and cradle back into the car with most of the vacuum lines...

Car will go 15 mph in second with my...

The intake tube that connects the air cleaner to the throttle body on a 2.8. Has anyone successfully cleaned it? Any time I work on any of my cars (even the 66k mile formula), if I have to touch/remove this duct, my hands are pitch black afterwards. Is there a trick to cleaning this? It's the worst...
