Weird Speedometer issue

My car is an 87GT with a 3800SC from a 2002. Running OBDII. The transmission is a stock Getrag.My speedometer works perfectly...as long as the car is going 55mph or above. Anything less than 50, it reads 0. Between 50 and 55, it bounces around wildly. Any ideas?

Have an 87 coupe with v6, had an iron duke before. Now I’m trying to set timing, if I short a and b and set timing 10 degrees, it goes to 20 degrees when I remove the paperclip. No start need help

On my first attempt to start my 3800sc the car didnt turn over no clicking nothing except the lights dim a little when i try. Where do i start? Everything thats there is connected. Battery has full charge.
