Alternator pulley rusted and burning up belt

Spray undercoat to stop rust

Any suggestions what to use to spray undercoat to stop rust and slow it down? I don't want a heavy rubber plastic coating. My father use to use old oil on his cars everywhere - may he rest in peace. Catches alot of dirt though but sure stopped the rust. Would like to spray it if possible.

Rust in cradle

I went through the rest of the cradle with a hammer, and seems to be OK. But at the rear of the cradle on the passenger side, the rust is creating some issues. I can do some welding if that would help. Or try to find a cradle to replace it.Any advice?[This message has been edited by Zentaury...

Rust inside air filter housing

Does anyone know why the bottom of the interior of the air filter housing tends to rust up?Is it just coming in through the side vent while driving in the rain?Is there a mod that can alleviate the problem?Thanks in advance.

Engine cradle rust damage - cause for concern?

Just wanted to get some thoughts on this. It is the only spot on the engine cradle where this is happening and when I push on it firmly in the weak spots, it moves a little. I was wondering if I should do anything here? What do yall experts suggest?Thanks
