I know a lot of people on here opt for a Spec 3 clutch with their engine swaps. I'm currently putting together a 3800SC swap with the fiero 4spd transmission and I'm looking at clutches. I saw a thread on the best place to buy a Spec clutch and some people were mentioning a few negative things...

How difficult would it be to convert my 86 GT from a 4spd to the 5spd? What year tranny's are compatible with the 2.8? Also, does the 88 subframe bolt right into the 86? I'm thinking of just taking an 88 frame with the tranny already mounted and just put my engine onto the 88 and bolting it back...
