4.9 ECM reading low voltage. On what Pin ?

I need to know what is the pin used by 4.9 ECM gets the voltage information, because according to TunerPro, it see 11.2 Volts while my Multimeter reads 13.4 or higher. There is probably something wrong with that wire/pin.
