Rattlecan painting

Hi all.maybe this topic has been covered before,sorry if it has.Could i use Rattlecan paint to paint my front bumper?and maybe some other parts,like maybe the roof, and what brand would i get i have used krylon before.You guys are a great source of information,really appreciate your feedback....
