2.8 Turbo sizing????

Does anyone have a write up one a DIY 2.8 turbo kit.I don't have the shop space to do an engine swap but I want to do some low budget power.I thought of trying to find a novie 1000 from paxton but kinda think it's a little out of my price range and am not even 100% sure it would work on a fiero.BTW...
