Auto tranny dipstick rust

Okay this is probably a stupid question but has anyone dealt with this? In the middle of the dipstick (way above the oil level line) there is rust and it's going serious. What's the best way to deal with this so no chemicals or worse the rust itself won't contaminate the transmission fluid? Thanks.

Spray undercoat to stop rust

Any suggestions what to use to spray undercoat to stop rust and slow it down? I don't want a heavy rubber plastic coating. My father use to use old oil on his cars everywhere - may he rest in peace. Catches alot of dirt though but sure stopped the rust. Would like to spray it if possible.

Stuck now with broken rusted sway bar bolt

Rusted Battery Area fix

Yeah, my battery area is rusted out pretty good. Looking into how to fix such a thing- any suggestions? I'm thinking maybe wire brushing- phosphoric acid etch-polyurethane seal and then a buildup with fiberglass.
