3800 wiring

Hey guys, I have an 86 without cruise. I've been reading up on it, and got all the parts from the junkyard. I have the harness for the passengers compartment, all of the switches for the pedals, but when I went to try and get the wiring harness from the engine compartment I couldn't figure it out....

stock delco radio weak front audio

i’ve got an 84 se with a delco 16040862. the front speakers have very weak audio (like so weak you have to unplug the headrest speakers and turn it all the way up to hear anything weak.) the speakers work just fine with a different stereo, any idea what would cause this?
