Anyone have a way to test fuel injector?

After a tumultuous few days tracking down wiring issues i thought i finally reached success, till the fuel injector decided to rain on my parade. I looked to see if there were any threads about testing the injector but it turned up 0 resultsanyone have a way to test to see if i need a new one?

I just got a project car after not having a Fiero in 15 years. It's an 86 SE, with the 2.8. Somebody cut a bunch of wires in the engine bay. I've figured most of the out.
