Need Help with 95 Deville 4.9 ECM

I will be installing this in my Fiero along with a 6 speed F40. I know the ECM must be reprogrammed. I think the VATs, ABS, and Auto trans controls my be porgammed properly, What needs to be disabled, and who would do you recommend do it?ThanksJim

WHY is the 4.9 caddy such a popular swap ?? those engines are HUGE !, wouldn't a SB chevy be alot easier ? or is the caddy easier for an automatic swap ?? CAN the SB Chevy be installed with an automatic (Which One) ?? thanks

This Sunday afternoon I am gonna remove the engine and transmission from my 91 Deville. Beside the engine wiring harness is there anything I need to keep before the wrecking yard comes and gets it. I am gonna remove the radio also for my S10 truck.Anybody need anything from it before it goes? Free...

I bought a 4.9 with 80k miles on it a few years ago and i'm wanting to put it in one of my fiero's. I live in s.e. oklahoma and don't want to drive it a long ways off.Is there anybody within 2 or so hours drive that does this type of engine swap? Will most likely be putting it in my '86 gt already...

eh all does any one know if the stock ecm has a cutoff on it for the revs and if so what is the limit of it,,i want to know if it can rev a little higher then stock like around 6500 to 7000 rpm

Rockcrawl MIA, what to do about reprogramming 4.9 chip?

Rockcrawl apparently has fallen off the face of the earth. Unfortunately, he was the only one I know of who was reprogramming the PCM Chip for the 4.9 swap. I think he was doing Passkey disables, too. Anyone know what to do about a workaround?Thanks.
