Flashing "25" in WinALDL

What does the flashing green "25" in WinALDL mean? Is "25" the only number? I'm starting to use the program and need all kinds of practice, cuz I can never remember everything I read on this forum about the program. There's so much to read it becomes confusing. Thank you in advance.
