Fuel pump

I would like to know as soon as possible if the 2.5 and 2.8 fuel pumps are the same. If they are this would save me a boat load of time in doing my buddies swap. Which i'm in the middle of right now lol wish me luck. Should be done by tomorrow.

I swapped a 2.8 V6 into my buddy's 86 2.5 fiero. I have it in correctly everything is hooked up 2.8 harness and ecu and fuel pump. The problem is that it runs rough and doesn't want to idle. I checked the plugs and the are black like they are fouling. What do you think my problem is any help or...

Fixed all misfiring problem, but now it wants to idle at 4,500 rpm any suggestions. My guess it a vaccum leak.
