Do all crankshafts from gm's 3.1 liter 60 degree v-6's work for the 3.1 stroker? I know I also need 3.1 pistons and rings. I know the 2.8 rods work. Ill prob bore .030 over. So I'd buy pistons that are .030 over the 2.8's stock bore of 3.504, so I'd buy 3.534 pistons and rings. Oil pump is fine if...

I want to use 3.1 pistons (.75MM-.030" over) and the aluminum heads from the early 3.1's in a 2.8 block (.030 over) with a 2.8 crank. Is this possible with pump gas? I guess the combustion chamber on the iron heads is 50cc's, while the aluminum is 22cc's. I believe the CR is 8.8:1 on a stock Fiero....

I am buying a replica for my wife. One has a 2.8 stock that I could afford to replace with something else(leaning toward 3.4). The other is a 3.1(stroked 2.8) with 210hp. She is looking for a daily driver that is pretty fast (best of both worlds). Please give opinions. Thank you.

I've been running around with clanking rods for awhile now and i need to slove it soon, sooo... Does the 3.1 mount up using the fiero mounts?I can drop my eletrical, heads, intake, ect. and go right? I don't have a starter issue like the 3400 right?Thanks!
