Stupid clutch won't disengage, now what?

Clutch chatter when disengaged

Just when ya thought the clutch questions were over.If I am sitting at idle, it chatters, but when I engage it, its quiet. What causes this? I looked in my manuals and it said clutch release bearing or input gear bearing. Which do you guys think? Any way to test for sure?thanks
