(Archive: TD&Q - by jstricker, started: 01-21-2005, archived: 2005-08-18 10:16:42 CEST)
For a project I'm currently working on I want (need) to relocate the charge indicator light. I'd like to do away with the bulb and run an LED.As you may or may not know, the small amount of voltage through the light is what excites the normal alternator. Handling
(Archive: TD&Q - by Lucid Violence, started: 04-14-2009, archived: 2011-05-02 10:44:40 CEST)
Looking to get back into a Fiero as a project car. My goals for the project is to make an extremely well handling V8 powered car. The V8 part seems well covered here but what about the handling? Should I stick to the 88's for there upgraded suspension? And what about after market kits? Any...

2.8/3.1 connecting Rods
(Archive: TD&Q - by pcwentworth, started: 02-01-2006, archived: 2006-08-11 13:09:48 CEST)
Question, is it true that the connecting rods on the 2.8/3.1 are symmetrical. I mean can you get them wrong or backwards when you take the connecting rods to a machine shop to have them attached to the pistons?

Ok, so I found this from Herb Adams: quoteGETTING A LINE ON ALIGNMENT The camber adjustment on the front of a Fiero is accomplished by rotating the upper ball joints from front to the back. The ball joint is offset between the mounting bolts so you have your choice of two positions. For the...
