Did I get the wrong 4.9 idler pulley?

I got an idler pulley from the local Carquest for a 90 Astro Van w/4.3 and no AC. I thought this is what I was supposed to get, but I've since seen others saying its from a 93 van? This pulley is smooth (no belt ridges) so is it the right one or not? I also got the 3.4 tensioner, so I think...

i was looking at the asg 5.0 page and noticed something. they show performance #'s up to 4900rpm like a stock 4.9, but under the chart there's a note. it says their engine actualy makes more hp peaking at 6000rpm but the shift points of the stock tranny limit rpm to 4900.i know there is going to be...

I'm still working to select an ECU for a 4.9 caddy turbo. The ECM needs to be able to control both the 4.9 engine with 2bar MAP as well as the 4T60E tranny. I'd much rather do this than run and FMU but I'm still keeping that as an option at this point.What are my real options here? I've got friends...
