Building a 3.1 L and do not know what year the block is. Any help appreciated.I need to know because the re-ring kit is different for 92 down and 93 up.

cradle level with frame?

i Bought a 3.1 v6 out of a 92 beretta. i tore it down to a short block an got a deal because i was going to use my top end parts but i have ran into some problemsI dont have a fiero timing chain cover or harmonic balancer anymore what should i do to make the pullys work? could i use a camaro 3.4...

so the engine is in the car and 90% together, other than some issues i am taking care of today me and my buddy discussed since the engine is low Compression around 7.5-1 that we could advance the timing for more power while i come up with the money to turbo the car. Make sure your know what your purchasing. It was all my fault the car wasn't what the seller said it was. Fiero's aren't worth anything stock apparently so buy a 88 4 cylinder and mod the piss out of it.[This message has been edited by 3.1 88FieroGT (edited 03-26-2013).]

I have a Gen II 3.1 with iron heads, i am using the 3.1 timing chain cover and I've ran into some clearance and belt routing issues and was wondering if anybody had some suggestion? Parts i have to make this work; 3.1 harmonic balancer, 2.8 drive pulley, 3.1 tension-er pulley, 2.8 and 3.1 water...
