rockcrawl chip wireing for 4.9

I'm installing a 4.9 w/a Izusu.I had rockcrawl redo my chip for this install. what do I do with the auto trans wires?Still trying to get a responce from Jon on what he did to my chip. Asked him to remove the A/C and the Cruise control programs from my chip. can these wires be removed? thanx -B-
