F23 Clutch STILL NOT Disengaging! HELP!!

I got my f23 back in with the spacer that I made and bled the system and the clutch wont disengage all the way still. I pumped the pedal really fast about ten times and it disengaged but it wont disengage when I only pump it once. So I know my spacer is big enough. Is there a special bleeding...

Clutch stop disengaging

Couple of weeks ago my clutch stopped disengaging (85 4cyl 5 speed Isuzu) found it was a bad master, replaced it bled and all was fine. Last night it stopped working again. Slave seems to have lots of movement. Lost on what to look for, any ideas on what is going on would be great.
